We thought our kitchen was kind of boring.
So we decided to paint it the perfect shade of red. That is, until we got about half way through a gallon of paint…
Yikes! For some reason, this red just doesn’t go with our kitchen. We’re going back to kaki—at least for now.
Which do you like better?
the last kitchen i painted red took about 4 coats before it looked right (the color it was supposed to). i think red kitchens are awesome!
We had one section with enough coats to visualize the final look, but it came down to the cabinets not matching and adding about 10 years to our appliances. With kaki, it all blends together.
We tried to be bold with red…just didn’t work with this kitchen. Oh well.
